How It Started
Devin Morley started Muskoka Event Services in 2016 with a clear idea: Muskoka deserved a rental company that actually cared. Not one that dropped off equipment and disappeared. Not one that turned down your cottage wedding because the access road was tricky. One that showed up, figured it out, and delivered.
He knew the region. He knew the terrain. And he knew that the people planning events here, whether it was a lakeside wedding, a family reunion at a remote property, or a corporate retreat deep in the woods, needed a partner who took the logistics as seriously as they took the occasion.
What started as a local operation in Gravenhurst has grown into one of Northern Ontario's most recognized event rental companies, now serving Muskoka, Barrie, and more than ten communities across the region.
The original standard has never changed: every event gets the same care, the same communication, and the same commitment to showing up ready.

I started MES because Muskoka deserved a rental company that actually gave a damn. One that does site visits, answers the phone, and figures out the logistics instead of making excuses.
Ten years later, that's still the whole philosophy.
Our Journey
2016
Started in Gravenhurst with a van, a vision, and zero hesitation about the hard setups.
2017
Became the first and only company in Canada to use the Tent OX machine for installations.
2018
Expanded our inventory to cover full-service weddings, corporate events, and private parties.
2020
Showed up for clients through a global pandemic. Remote retreats, outdoor gatherings, island events. We found a way.
2022
Grew into Barrie and Simcoe County. Same team, bigger reach.
Today
Largest full-service rental inventory in the region. Still run by the same guy. Still obsessed with the details.
