Do you provide event management or staffing during the event itself?

MES specializes in pre-event build and post-event strike. Our job is to deliver a finished, professionally installed event space before your guests arrive. We do not provide on-site event staff or day-of coordination services. You walk into a complete room what happens inside it is entirely yours.

What types of indoor corporate events do you handle?

We build for corporate galas, brand activations, charity galas, trade show displays, exhibition setups, corporate retreats, product launches, and fully custom indoor builds. If you’re producing a significant indoor corporate event in Ontario, we want to hear from you.

Do you handle custom branded graphics and signage?

Yes. For clients who want a fully branded environment, we coordinate and install custom event graphics and corporate signage as part of the production. This is one of the key ways MES goes beyond a standard rental company.

What is your service area for corporate event production?

We operate province-wide across Ontario from our warehouses in Gravenhurst (serving Muskoka and Northern Ontario) and Barrie (serving Simcoe County and the GTA). Project minimums apply based on distance. Green Zone (within 90 km of either warehouse) carries no minimum. Orange Zone (91–190 km) is $10,000 minimum. Blue Zone (191–300 km) is $15,000. GTA, Hamilton, and areas south of the 407 are $20,000 minimum. For projects 300 km or more, a $50,000 minimum applies.

How far in advance do we need to book?

For large corporate productions, we strongly recommend reaching out a minimum of 6–8 weeks in advance. Peak season bookings (June through September) often fill earlier. The sooner you contact us, the more production options we can offer.

Can you accommodate events outside standard venues — unusual spaces, private properties, or non-traditional locations?

Absolutely. Unusual or challenging locations are where MES is most in its element. We have built for island events, private estates, and spaces that other companies turned down. If you have a complex or unconventional location, tell us about it.

What is the minimum event size or budget for your corporate production services?

We focus on mid-to-large scale corporate productions. Minimums are determined by your location relative to our warehouses. Contact us with your event details and we’ll confirm immediately whether your project falls within our production scope.
