Step 2: Site Visit and Planning
For corporate setups we typically visit the venue beforehand. We scope the layout, confirm logistics, and make sure the setup plan is solid before the day.
Step 3: Professional Setup
Our crew arrives early, installs everything, and has the space looking event-ready before your team or guests arrive. No corners cut, no last-minute scrambles.
Step 4: Full Teardown
When the event wraps, we return and handle everything. The venue goes back to normal. Your team goes home. We deal with the rest.
