We specialize in Tent Rentals, Tabletop Rentals, Event Production and Event Sales.

Four Steps and You're Done Planning the Logistics
Step 1: Tell Us About Your Party
Guest count, date, location, and what you're picturing. We'll ask a few questions and come back with a clear plan.
Step 2: We Scope Your Space
For larger setups we visit your property beforehand. We check terrain, confirm placement, and make sure setup day runs without a hitch.
Step 3: We Deliver and Set Up
Our crew arrives, installs everything, and leaves your space looking exactly how it should before your first guest shows up.
Step 4: We Come Back and Clean Up
When the party's over, we return and take everything down. Your property goes back to normal. You go to bed.

A Few Things That Make Private Party Planning Smoother
Size Matters Less Than You Think
We service intimate gatherings of 20 people as comfortably as large parties of 200. Tell us your guest count and we'll recommend the right tent size and layout for your space.
Cottage Properties Have Quirks. That's Fine.
Soft ground near the water, narrow access paths, uneven lawns. These are normal for Muskoka properties and completely manageable. Just tell us what your space looks like and we'll plan accordingly.
Weekend Dates in Summer Go Fast
If you're planning a summer party, reaching out a few months ahead gives you the most flexibility on date and inventory. Last-minute bookings are sometimes possible but not guaranteed.
