Our Services

Muskoka Event Services (“MES”) provides event planning, coordination, and related services in the Muskoka region of Ontario, Canada. The specific scope, pricing, and details of any services provided will be confirmed in a separate written agreement at the time of booking.

Bookings and Payments

Bookings are confirmed only upon written confirmation from MES and receipt of any required deposit. All pricing is in Canadian dollars. Payment terms, deposit amounts, and due dates will be outlined in your individual service agreement.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms are specified in your service agreement. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Deposits and refund eligibility will be handled in accordance with the terms agreed upon at the time of booking and applicable Ontario consumer protection legislation.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, reviewing and approving event details promptly, and ensuring compliance with any venue rules or local regulations applicable to their event.

Limitation of Liability

MES will make reasonable efforts to deliver services as agreed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, MES is not responsible for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, third-party vendor performance, or indirect damages arising from our services.

Third-Party Partner Network

MES may coordinate with independent third-party partners. These partners operate under their own terms and agreements. MES does not assume responsibility for third-party performance but will make reasonable efforts to work with reputable providers on your behalf.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, and branding, belongs to Muskoka Event Services and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

Privacy

Your use of our website and services is subject to our Privacy Policy available at muskokaeventservices.com/privacy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada.

Changes to These Terms

MES may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
